Thank you for choosing Moosehead Hoof & Ladder Restaurant to host your special occasion.

Accommodating your individual and specific needs is our highest priority.  Our goal is to customize your private party whether it be large or small.   It will be our pleasure to help you create a memorable event.  The information in this packet is a guideline to help plan your special event.  Every effort will be made to accommodate your special requests. Room rental is on a first come first served basis.  A $100.00 deposit is required to secure your date and exclusive use of the Overflow Room.  All menu options are required to be selected 2 weeks prior to your event.  Please be advised that prices are subject to change without notice. Please ask a manager for current pricing.

ROOM RENTAL FEES:   Monday thru Wednesday $25.00/HR until 4:00pm – $50.00/HR after 4:00pm.  Thursday & Sunday $75.00/HR 11:00am -closing. Friday & Saturday $100.00/HR 11:00am – closing.  Funeral luncheons/dinners – flat fee $75.00. ***Please note*** Exclusive use of our “OVERFLOW ROOM” requires a minimum spend of $1000.00 after 4pm on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Our “Overflow Room” only accommodates 50 people.  If your party is larger than 50 people, rental of the adjoining Pump Room will be necessary with additional rental fees.

GRATUITY:   A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to your bill.

CAKE CUTTING FEES: A $25.00 cake cutting fee will be added to your bill if a member of our staff is utilized to cut and serve your cake.

 

LUNCHEON BUFFET MENU

ENTREES  

Half a Deli Sandwich or Mini Croissant served with our House Salad & Soup of the Day or Chili. Soft drinks, coffee or tea are included. Maximum of 3 sandwich selections.

Smoked Turkey with Provolone, Ham & Cheddar, Chicken Salad, Corned Beef & Swiss on Rye, or Roast Beef & Cheddar.

Fresh Fruit  may be added for an additional charge.

House Salad

Mixed greens topped with provolone, tomato, black olives, croutons, and cucumbers.

Pecan Salad

Mixed greens topped with tomato basil relish, crumbled blue cheese, cucumbers, and chopped pecans.

Mooseberry Salad

Mixed greens topped with fresh seasonal fruit, mandarin oranges, sunflower seeds, pecans, and mozzarella cheese.

BRUNCH BUFFET: 

Maple Bake French Toast, Three Cheese or Vegetable Frittata, choice of bacon or sausage links and fresh mixed berries. Coffee, tea and soft drinks included. Juice is extra.

ENTREES BUFFET:
Select one main entree from the list below. Served with mixed vegetables, seasoned roasted redskin or mashed potatoes & garlic bread sticks.

Chicken Marsala, Chicken Parmesan,  BBQ Pulled Pork on toasted Kaiser rolls, Grilled Chicken Breast (choose either Lemon Butter & Herb or Piccata Sauce), 1/2 Slab of Moosehead Ribs, Salmon with Lemon-Butter Sauce, Prime Rib (available for an additional charge)

Limited menus are customized to your individual party. Quantities and number of menu choices are based on the number of people in your party.

CALIFORNIA COBB

Chopped grilled or breaded chicken on mixed greens with tomato, cheddar & provolone cheeses, hard-boiled egg, bacon, red onion, black olives and mushrooms.

CRUSTED PECAN

Mixed greens topped with crumbled bleu cheese, cucumbers, tomato basil relish & toasted pecans.  Choose from Grilled Chicken, Portabella, Tuna, Steak, or Shrimp.

THE POPEYE

Fresh spinach is topped with crumbled dry bleu cheese, dried cherries, mushrooms, red onions, pecans and a breaded mozzarella block.  Choose from Grilled Chicken, Portabella, Steak, or Shrimp.

MOOSEBERRY

Mixed greens topped with fresh seasonal berries, mandarin orange slices, sunflower seeds, pecans, and mozzarella cheese.  Choose from Grilled Chicken, Portabella, Steak, or Shrimp.

SMOKED TURKEY MELT

Naturally smoked sliced turkey topped with fresh spinach, bacon & provolone cheese. All on a wheat bun with honey mustard sauce on the side.

HOT HAM & CHEESE CROISSANT

A flaky, butter croissant toasted with honey ham, provolone and cheddar cheeses. Served with a side of honey mustard.

BATTER DIPPED WALLEYE HOAGIE

Great Lakes Walleye Served on toasted hoagie bun. Side of tartar sauce.  Cheese (extra)

STEAK PHILLY

Tender slices of grilled steak topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions & green peppers on a toasted hoagie roll. Covered with melted provolone cheese.  (Cooked to medium temperature) (no substitutions)

THE “PORKY”

Moosehead’s own BBQ pulled pork sandwich topped with shredded cabbage. Served on an onion roll with coleslaw. 11.59

GRILLED REUBEN

Corned beef or Turkey topped with sauerkraut & swiss. Served on grilled rye bread with 1000 island dressing. Substitute potato pancakes instead of bread for an additional charge.

VEGGIE BURGER

Moosehead Chef’s Creation

A special blend of black beans, corn, peppers, onions, cilantro, Cajun spices, diced jalapeno peppers, pepper jack cheese, eggs, and panko bread crumbs. It is served on a Kaiser roll with fresh spinach, roasted red peppers and then topped with melted pepper jack cheese.

SALMON BURGER

Seasoned salmon patty topped with lettuce, tomato, thai chili sauce & crispy onion straw.

TURKEY BLT WRAP

Slices of roasted turkey wrapped with bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and cheddar cheese.
